I was hoping to find a decent mix of brands, but the selection felt limited. It’s not like there’s nothing there, so that’s what makes it a little frustrating, but I kept feeling like the options just weren’t enough...

The material felt really thin and kind of cheap right out of the package. I washed it once and it already started looking worn, like I’d had it for months. I wanted to like it, but if it can’t even hold up after one wash...

I found most of what I was looking for on Outsiders, and the sizes were mostly available too, which was nice. There was one item I wanted that was sold out, but I mean... that happens. Overall, decent experience, and I’d probably check back again

The prices seemed fair compared to a few other sites I checked, and I was happy there weren’t any random extra fees popping up at checkout. It felt like a small win to actually pay what I expected. Got exactly what I paid for and I’d use them again...

Reading between the lines, the site kind of gives off the impression that it hasn’t been refreshed in a while. Everything feels a little cramped, the colors don’t really work together, and it takes more effort than it should to find things. It just comes across as messy and a bit cheap, even if that’s not what they were going for.

The shipping took way longer than I expected, and I was frustrated by it. I’m not sure I’d order again, although the item itself was fine once it finally arrived.

I had a problem with my order and, the main thing that stuck with me was how long it took to get a proper answer. They did sort it out in the end, which I appreciated, but I had to follow up a few times before anything really moved. I’m sure the final fix was fine, but the slow replies were what I noticed most

I ordered my usual size and even checked the size guide first, but the fit was just not right at all. The shirt was super tight around the shoulders, but somehow still really long, so it looked awkward on me. To be fair, the material seemed fine, but the sizing was so off that it didn’t really matter. Frustrating having to go through a return for something that should’ve fit based on the guide. I probably wouldn’t order clothes from here again.

I was trying to buy a jacket, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my card info. I had to restart this whole thing twice, and then my cart was just empty. At that point, I was over it and gave up. Not worth dealing with all that

The descriptions were decent and did help me understand things a bit better, but they didn’t really stand out. Compared to some competitors I’ve used, the info felt a little light and not quite as detailed. It’s not bad by any means, just not amazing either.

I requested a refund from Outsiders it took waaaay longer than I thought it would. Not exactly the best first impression.

Support did reply eventually, but everything felt super slow and I kept having to check back. It kinda felt like I was chasing them just to get my own money back.
I did get the refund in the end, so at least there’s that, but the waiting was reeeally annoying. I probably wouldn’t use them again if refunds take this long.

I ordered from Outsiders the product itself was fine, but the packaging was disappointing. The box showed up crushed on one side with barely any padding inside, like it had been tossed around the whole way here. Nothing was completely broken, thankfully, but it definitely didn’t feel like much care went into shipping it. I had planned to give it as a gift that weekend, but the beat-up box looked so bad that it kind of ruined that plan. For the price, I really expected better packaging. Not sure I’d order again if this is how things arrive.

Delivery was the biggest issue for me with this order.

At first, I was given one delivery date, then it changed, and after that the updates were unclear. I kept having to check on it myself, and it felt like no one really had a solid answer about where the package was.

By the time it finally showed up, it was too late for what I needed it for. Maybe other people have had smoother experiences, but this felt like an avoidable mess, and I wouldn’t order again if timing mattered

I was kind of in a rush when I bought this, so I didn’t look it over as closely as I should have. After only a short time, the stitching started coming loose and it just felt really cheaply made. Disappointing overall

The jacket looked decent when I first put it on, but after about 10 minutes it started feeling really stiff and scratchy. The fit was off too, especially around the shoulders where it felt way too tight. It gave me that feeling like no real person actually wore this for a while before selling it. I just couldn’t get comfortable in it

I ordered from outsiders.com everything showed up exactly like I picked it. No missing items, no random wrong sizes, no weird surprises. I was fully bracing myself for some kind of mix-up because that always seems to happen online, but nope, it was basically perfect. Super happy with it.
